2 block tall grass turns into peony for a split second when breaking bottom block.

I won't go into huge detail because it is such a simple bug, dunno how its gone a year overlooked.

It works with 2 block tall plants (Those with the base ID of 175)

With the exception of peonies themselves of course because its not really noticeable.

Anyway here are some screenshots, not a huge bug but an annoying one.
