[MC-84535] Dragon Egg particles don't go in the direction of the egg itself

I right-clicked the egg and it did teleport, BUT it's particles went the wrong way. It is repeatable.

Actually, sonicwave, it is for 1.9 snapshot NOT 1.4.X

The bug has existed since 1.4, but if you expand the Affects Versions list you will see that 1.8 and 15w31c are in the list also.
