No ender crystals

There are no Ender Crystals in The End in Minecraft 15w31c. I think the block was removed. I think this because I tried using the /give command and it said "There is no block with ID 'minecraft:ender_crystal'"

First spawn.

EnderCrystal isn't a block dude, they're entity.
U can summon EnderCrystal using command "/summon EnderCrystal"

It should be a block.

If they were to become a block, there would be limitations to them:
If they are hit with a arrow, they will not explode like normal, unless it uses the TNT code
They would have to use Tile Entities to keep then happy.

by the way, for the time being you can spawn them using the /summon command
