[MC-84671] Player with high levitation effect can't pick up items on the ground

When i have levitation effect, i can't pick up items who are on the ground. I must wait end of the effect.

I think it is due to your potion effect lasting as long as the delay of the item entity.
I used the high effect, still picked it up.
