[MC-84798] Written books can't be read when in off-hand

Created a written book and put it in off hand.
I can't read it by right-clicking while main hand is empty.

I forgot to search before posting, and I searched after posting. When I saw this was already reported I tried to remove my ticket, but I saw that they cannot be removed
