Not sure if this is a bug, but there is no where for path blocks to show up in statistics. I would expect it to be counted as shovel uses but it isn't

You can actually obtain path blocks by using Pick Block in Creative, though that might be a bug on its own.
Didn't try pick block for farmland, but according to Mojang it's WaI: MC-83729
Path is a technical, non-obtainable and non-placeable block. You cannot interact with that block.
Same for Farmland.
