Grass Path can be Pick-Block'd but isn't in the creative inventory

Same for farmland.

You can't pick farmland... It just gives you dirt

How is this "Works as intended"???

You CAN pick block path, but you CANNOT pick block farmland.
So it clearly isn't resolved. Why does it say it is?
