[MC-84844] a missing some thing, which I can get by ID or Name

I can't get ablock of Lava (ID 10), because block isn't found, but on version 1.8.8 and oldest this block is, why not on 15w31c?

Lava as an item does not exist, you can't use numerical item names anymore and /setblock works perfectly fine with lava for me.

Yes, /setblock ~ ~ ~ lava work, but I need /give nick lava

You can no longer obtain technical blocks. This has been announced a long time ago.
