[MC-84886] items still picked up when inventory full

When in creative, items are still picked up in full inventory and disappear.
To recreate: (last snapshot as to 3 august)
1) Fill inventory up
2) Drop an item
3) Try to pick it up
4) Item is destroyed! yey

Intended, this is so you don't need to mess with your inventory in creative while still being able to clear items off the ground with the player.
