CTRL+Pickblock does not preserve sign data in multiplayer

Works As Intended

CTRL+PickBlock does not preserve sign text when you are on a multiplayer server. Works fine in singleplayer. Tested on my 1.8.8 server.

I'm not sure if this is in the new 1.9 snapshots but it's in 1.8.

Signs only keep their data if you're OP.
