Can confirm the (wrong) display of the debug information of the map while still in the crafting grid, but if the map is taken out of the grid without shift, the zoom level is correctly applied.
Unable to reproduce. Remember to take it out of the output slot of the crafting table. Don't shift click or you'll get MC-87
