[MC-85587] Chunk viewing bug!

If your chunk rendering is set at a higher level and then bring chunk rendering down then back up it doesn't load the world and then the game doesn't respond and then crashes!

Incomplete without a crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
