Major Graphics Bug That Makes Game Lag

There's this weird bug where lines of what seems to be the textures in the game start randomly appearing all over the place making the game violently lag which makes it next to impossible to play. I tried restarting the game and at first it was fine, but after a while it started up again. Need help.
