[MC-85926] Dragon doesn't turn to face you on portal

The dragon will not turn to face you when it is at the portal. This allows for easy hitting with a sword. Sometimes she will turn the exact opposite direction.

Confirmed, it often seems to fire its dragon breath the other way.

Yeah I noticed that when it lands, it faces away from you.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
