[MC-85951] Ender Dragon respawning works even if there is an existing dragon.

The ender dragon respawning technique works even when there is an existing dragon in the end allowing more than 1 enderdragon at once in the end
This bug has existed since 15w31a

Nope, both were respawned using the clay creeper method.

Multiple Ender Dragons fought at once is something the community asked for. Otherwise just summon one at a time.
