This also happens with witherskulls (in 15w33c)
For some reason you can also not reconnect to the server for a few minutes after you broke it, it fixes itself after a while though and you can play
Confirmed. One player breaking a wither skull causes the server to crash. Operators in creative mode are able to break skulls with no issue. It's just players in survival mode that cause the crash.
Confirmed, will post a crash report to go along with bug report.
