[MC-86150] Crafted shields have durability lost depending on their color

When you make a shield it will show a durability loss depending on what color you craft it

Example:
Black=0 durability lost
White=15 durability lost

What is happening is that the shield, when crafted, takes the damage value of the color used in the recipe. Crafted black shields have full durability while white shields have a loss of 15 durability. The shield code was ported from banners, which causes this issue.

Ezekiel, this is not a duplicate of that. This is talking about crafting the shield, not giving yourself one. Could someone please remove the duplicate note? Also, it is not random. It is based on the color, but can confirm.

It's the same issue. The issue is that the shield durability affects the color, and visa versa. When you craft, say, a white shield it also looses 15 durability.
