[MC-86192] Shields cannot be enchanted inside Enchantment table

New shields can be put inside enchantment table, but they cannot be enchanted.

What I expected: Shields being enchanted.

What happened: Shields can be put inside enchantment, but no enchantments are displayed near it.

I enchanted one using a book and an anvil.

This looks like a feature request to me - other things with durability can't be enchanted either while still able to receive books in the anvil.
