Resource packs issue

Since i started building fancier things (=D) default textures doesnt help me, so i started downloading some resource packs and testing them, but some packs has this issue, i dont know how to fix it, reloads, reinstall and nothing.
I used ChromaHills 128x, Datacraft64x
