[MC-8626] Arrow and redstone

well finally to the point.
i have faound a bug. the arrow is glitching. it's moving when it update redstone signal i have a image so you can see i hope 😃

and you guys doing a good work whit mincraft 😃

i am from Norway so my english is't on the top
