[MC-86414] Bouncing End_gateway beacon light

When inside a beacon (that was created by code) it seems to like to bounce up and down as if resetting all the time.

Not bouncing, the End Gateway is activating in a rapid fire succession, causing the beacon light to "bounce".

still I'm not sure its supposed to do that. "bouncing" was just a description of the visual effect.

This happens when an entity is in there, usually an arrow.
