[MC-86813] Attack indicator appears with all items

When you attack with a block or item an attack indicator appears for a brief second and goes away immediately

This is supposed to happen, it tries to stop spam clicking with your hand.

@42Richtofen42 It goes away before you can click the button again though so that means that they want to make you stop spamming by making you wait less than half a second. This just doesn't make sense i hope you get what i am saying.
