In my Nether Tunnel Zombie Pigman Start Spawning on the rails I use so my minecart hits them and turns around.
Solution - Make Zombie Pigman (This may include all mobs) not able to spawn on rails.

This was not a feature request this was a statement which by looks of it is on multiple bug reports now given that mobs aren’t supposed to spawn on rails.See MCPE-183423, MC-95290, MCPE-169324, MC-28065, MC-71008
