Zombified piglins spawn on rail tracks in the nether

Do you mean zombified piglins?

Not the original poster but yes I just finished a nether rail track and am seeing Zombified Piglins spawning on the rail line.  Have bottom slabs on both sides of the track as well.  Playing on Bedrock realm on PC

Ye sorry for late reply,,, they are zombiefied Piglins and I’ve just noticed that Piglins I have in minecarts in the nether have all changed to zombiefied aswell

Can confirm. I've attached a world that can be used to reproduce this.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load the attached world.

2. Fly around the platform with the rail tracks, making sure that it keeps entering and leaving the simulated area.

Observed results:
Zombified piglins will occasionally spawn on the tracks.

Expected results:
They shouldn't.
