When creating a rapid button and using it, it only updates the redstone with every second press.
It's expected to return to its normal state when the command block is supposed to replace it.
Here's the command in the command block:
setblock ~ ~ ~3 minecraft:stone_button 3
EDIT: This also occurs if I remove the repeater or replace it with a piece of redstone dust.

When hitting for the second time, the video doesn't show the button being pressed. That's because of it's framerate, it does get pressed like before, just quickly.
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
The video I just uploaded didn't want to start when clicked, so I re-encoded it, it can be played now.
