[MC-87175] Teleport item between hopper (unconnected) with a minecart

On my server, in some situations, the elements are teleported between hopper when I use minecart.

Can confirm in 15w35a and 15w35b.
It worked with the first 2 hoppers facing west.

Watch my video, I do not think it's the same bug as MC-78759. Hoppers are spaced from one block and items are not splitted.

Under the same conditions, i did not have this bug in version 1.8.8

This is the same bug as MC-78759. I've narrowed down the cause and clarified that bug in my comment. In your video, the Minecart is pulling items from the hopper 2 blocks away.
