[MC-87242] Librarian zombie villager robe texture is sometimes white instead of transparent

It appears that some of the lower pixels of the librarian villagers robe are transparent if they stand on the edge of a chunk.

Can confirm. This is because there is no texture under the robe, if you can see. Sometimes, at some angles, you will be able to see through the cloak, but usually its white.

I'm response to the bug being changed to the transparent-ness. I don't think the white is correct. It's is to bright, too pure of a white, especially compared to the rest of the rest of the clothes. However it is odd that it is transparent. Maybe both are a bug?
