Arrows stop infront of you, but continue.

So in my (Redstone Ready preset) world, when shooting a bow, the arrow stops about 2-3 blocks in front of me and falls, but the arrow then lands where it should. And when the arrow falls, it shows crit particles. Ive tried a few potion arrows so its every type that is affected. . I hope this hasn't been reported yet and im wasting your time.
