[MC-873] Wither Skeleton drops wrong items.

Killed a wither skeleton and he droped a bow and 2 arrows

What I expected to happen was...:
It should have dropped bones, sword, coal or a skull

What actually happened was...:
It dropped a bow and 2 arrows

Absolutely positive it was a whither skeleton and not a regular skeleton?

In Nether fortresses there are also spawning regular skeletons. In the dim light both skeletons can be mistaken for each other.
