Levitation does not reset fall damage

Levitation doesn't reset fall damage. For example, if one is falling from 100 blocks, and then gains the levitation effect while close to the ground, causing them to float up, and then the effect wears off 5 blocks from the ground, the player will take as much fall damage as if they had fallen from 100 blocks, not 5 blocks.
