[MC-87371] Dark menu screen

This happens occasionally but after returning to the menu screen after being in the multiplayer menu, the background of the menu screen is a dark grey. The land is still slightly visible but it is very dark.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
