What I expected to happen was to get a portal block
What actually happened was it wrote "There is no such item with the name "minecraft:portal" "
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chat
2. Enter: "/give @p portal"
3. Get error: "There is no such item with the name "minecraft:portal" "
intended, tecnical block items forms are removed
