Long story short..
The last time i played Minecraft was in version 1.6.4
I now just felt i wanted to get back into it with version 1.8.8 and the game begins to launch but instantly crashes..
I've searched google for the error and found absolutely nothing..
If needed/wanted i can provide the error report..
Hopefully i can fix this other wise.. i just wont play minecraft again..

So.. Is this closed or.. ?
I'm running out of ideas right now and the actual support site.. No one has helped me..
Crash help doesnt help.. Its not listed
IRC group doesnt help.. no one is active
Yep.. Fresh install of Java.. Fresh install of Minecraft.. Updated drivers..
So.. I have absolutely NO idea why i cant play after 1.6.4..
And i doubt theres any servers that are well.. still on 1.6.4..
Fresh install of minecraft? theres no really minecraft intalation, you mean refilling %appdata%/.minecraft folder right?
Nevermind... is the crash report changes?
Giving this another try:
Uninstall Minecraft by deleting .minecraft (save your games!)
Download Installer from https://minecraft.net/download
Install it
Start it
When it crashes again, Please attach the complete output of the "Launcher Log" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher to this ticket.
Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
