breaking and appearing block glitch

so when I break anything that is block,the block that has been destroy is not breaking,but after 2 seconds its gone,but I still got the block But is so annoying

it should break and not coming back again

Steps to Reproduce:
1. break anything that is block in survival mode
2. wait until it break
3.when it break,it will appear and dissapear again
