Door placing Is bottom blockless than a full block than normal

I was trying to place a wooden door but the bottom was missing than i thing i placed a block than the bottom of the doors i placed was that block than i wanted to see if it effected iron doors too so i opened the creative inventory and when i placed an iron door than another wooden door and it was fixed
i don't have screenshots but maybe that door glitch from the other snapshot somehow made it into my game until i placed an iron door
