[MC-87864] Shulker monster spawner rotation animation is weird

Shulker monster spawner rotation animation is weird.
It looks too weird and does not normal rotating.

Deal with it, because shulkers are not ment for spawners.

using a spawn egg on a spawner makes it spawn that mob, so this should be considered a bug
