Can't open command blocks after death and respawn or changing dimensions

I was playing around with the new armor and mob AI and tried to make a contraption so when i get down to half a heart or so it heals me so i can continue testing without pause to heal and i gave myself a command block and clicked it and nothing happened

EDIT: After relogging i got the command block to open but i broke it and placed it again and it crashed the game

This is the crash i got after replacing the command block, although after the crash things work fine

It's not fixed! Confirmed on 15w36d! How can you claim it's fixed when it's so easily reproducible?

Check the fix version, it says "Future version: 1.9+".

if you exit the world and go back in it should work

What redstone means by that is that this bug should be fixed either when the Combat update comes out or when the next snapshot comes out.
