[MC-88172] Right clicking mobs with specific spawn eggs does not create baby

This happen to me in 15w36d don't know this a feature or not (It's a bug!). I'm reload the world does not affect. But sometimes i can right clicking command blocks but not open the command blocks window (after death: MC-88168). This baby mobs bug is referenced to MC-88174.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
And please use the search function in the future as all of the issues are reported multiple times.
