@unknown, well that was a bit unexpected. So the map makers should warn the player to connect to an XBox Live account?
I think the /say, /msg, and /me commands are "Works as Intended", since you can't ever send a message in the chat by your Xbox Live privacy settings.
But if executed by command blocks, it should be work as the normal output will do.
