Does not appear in the hotbar loading the bow when we are shooting with it

According to the beta build 2 and the beta build 1 changlogs, this feature has not been added yet.

They do not mention this feature as added

So this is invalid

The issue you are trying to describe is very difficult to understand. What I am getting is that the bow doesn't have some sort of animation on the hot bar. As far as I know, the bow only animates when it is in a player's hand but never on the hot bar.
Please update the ticket with more information about what you mean.

I stand corrected, the bow in PC does indeed draw back, however it has not been added to MCPE yet. Missing features from other versions are not bugs.
