Random floating carrot/potato/beetroot

So, I opened up my world that I had not opened for a few weeks. I went over to this one tree, and there was a floating crop. They replaced acacia leaves When broken, they drop nothing. When you go on top of them, you start vibrating up and down, like a slime block, but more intense. I reloaded the world, and they were gone.
