[MC-88251] Can't Get Critical Hits

No matter how hard I try, how far I fall, or how long I wait in between attacks, I cannot for the life of me land a critical hit. It's as if they were removed from the game completely

@unknown they didn't take their place, the condition got altered, I think it was that not running but still jumping made it happen

I met all the conditions. I knew them all. You can't sprint, and you need to wait for cooldown
