If you try this game with a Windows Laptop (A laptop running ANY windows version) you will experience major lag with the game. I play with one and I noticed how awesomely fast the game ran with Beta,Alpha,Indev,etc. Now,any version I play that is a release version,i lag so hard. Proof underneath...

My point exactly. You are running windows 10, and there are no up-to-date drivers for that. Please also do not mark reports as private unless they are security issues (which this is not).
This is not a generic issue with windows laptops. Your graphics drivers are severely out of date, however you will not be able to update them, as Intel has discontinued support for your graphics chipset at windows 8. I recommend you downgrade to a previous version of windows, and install updated drivers, as this will most likely improve your performance.
