[MC-88697] Glitchy chunks when using VBOs

I went to my video settings and I noticed that VBOs were off, and I usually keep them on. So, I turned them on, and afterwards, my world got really glitchy. I tried turning VBOs off and on again, quitting to title and re-opening the world, I even closed and re-opend Mineraft, and still nothing. The screenshots were taken from the same exact perspective, only one had VBOs on.
