This has already been reported a couple of times.
"There is block data for stairs and obsidian" by reading the title it doesn't sound like a bug, in the future try and make the issue more clear, also what's with the obsidian, you never mention it.

I would mark this as Incomplete as explanation of bug wasn't clear.
