[MC-88891] Closing out of server after 20-30 seconds on any server

everytime i go on a server after about 20-30 seconds i get kicked with this message please help its been going on for about a week now java.io.IoException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
