[MC-89373] Spectral arrows don't make me glow.

I created a world to play on the 1.9 snapshots and started to test the new arrows.
All was good when I tried the "Spectral arrow". When I shot myself, the potion effect "Glowing" was given to me, but I didn't glow. They are not working for me.
I tried the 15w31 snapshot too and it didn't work.
I don't really know if my video card is the problem, (It isn't so good), but here you have a screenshot:

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Outdated graphics card drivers, install http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/57493

But: Your graphics card is no longer supported - at last for Win XP. If the driver update won't fix the problem, then you cannot do anything about it except getting a new graphics card and / or OS.
