Upside down stairs are broken

When i tryed to break upside down stairs i was breaking blocks behind it (i was punching on bottom if you look upside down), and when i placed stairs next to it stairs didn connect propperly.

Just make upside down stairs (i noticed that in purpur stairs)

Still The Same In 1.9 full release.
Seems To Only Be A Problem With Purpur.
