[MC-89767] anvil missing texture/texture goes horribly wrong

so when I right click to the anvil,there is some weird texture going on here,I have some pictures and its look like there is a brick

anvil have texture and just normal

anvil got some weird texture when I right click it
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get an anvil
2.right click an anvil
3. and there you goes,weird texture going on
