[MC-89807] a weird un-describable thing spawns and chunks won't load properly making the game extremely hard to play

what i expected to happen was the game would start normally but then a weird sphere like graphic mess was there right in front of me and chunks wouldn't load properly. and all i did was make a new world.

I think they said it was an AMD graphics driver that was out of date(I might have misspelled it slightly).
